Shipping Policy
All made-to-order pieces will require a lead time of 12 weeks before they are shipped to you.
International shipments are subject to taxes and duties, which the customer is responsible for. Please take note of your country's import policies before placing an order.
All shipments are trackable. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on our pieces as they are made-to-order. If you have ordered a wrong size and would like to change it, please notify us within 4 hours of your order by email at contact@studiopapillon.co
Cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order can be refunded. A 5-8% transaction fee (depends on your chosen payment processor) will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations after 4 hours of placing your order will not be refunded, and will proceed with production. Please make sure to check your order carefully before proceeding with the purchase.
Our Warranty
Each purchase is entitled to a one year warranty starting from the date of shipment. The warranty will be void if the item has been resized, repaired, or modified outside of Studio Papillon
A prepaid fully insured FedEx shipping label will be sent, with the customer responsible for the costs of shipping both ways.
The one year warranty covers resizing, repairs, cleaning and polishing of jewelry at no additional charge.
For resizing: It is not recommended to resize your ring more than once as it may affect the structural durability of the ring.
The one year warranty does not cover the damage or loss of jewelry due to negligence and theft.
For loss or damage of gemstones: Replacement will be subject to fees depending on the type of gemstone used.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://studiopapillon.co/ (the “Site”).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
