Delivery
All made-to-order pieces will require a lead time of 12 weeks before they are shipped to you. Bespoke pieces have a lead time of 12-20 weeks. This timeline is an estimate and subject to change.
International shipments are subject to taxes and duties, which the customer is responsible for. Please take note of your country's import policies before placing an order.
If duties and taxes are not paid by the customer and the package is returned to Studio Papillon, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again before the order can be resent.

All orders require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping timeframes are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.
All shipments are trackable. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For shipments to the United States, orders valued above USD 2,500 may require additional customs clearance documentation requested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Customers are responsible for providing any information, forms, or documentation required by CBP or the shipping carrier in a timely manner. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in customs delays, additional fees, or the return of the shipment. Studio Papillon is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or incomplete documentation provided by the customer.
Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on our pieces, as all items are made to order.
If you have selected the wrong size and wish to amend your order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of placing your order are eligible for a refund. A 5–8% transaction fee (depending on your chosen payment processor) will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made after 4 hours of placing your order are not eligible for a refund, and the order will proceed into production.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
