Drawn irresistibly to the Rococo, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau, and Belle Époque periods, she found these historical epochs resonating deeply with her, evoking nostalgia and connection to a more romantic past.

Her vision for Studio Papillon developed after a visit to the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna, where she was captivated by ancient Roman jewelry. Enduring the test of time, these high-karat solid gold pieces conveyed the stories of their wearers and their societies from two thousand years ago. This sparked her newfound interest in antique jewelry and solidified her belief in the profound sentimental value of jewelry—its ability to symbolize love, commemorate special moments, and be passed down through generations.
